Freak Soup
It was the first jam of 2000 and we go it off they way it should.  No guests and everyone was there, both members and groupies.   There was lots of talk of musical tastes, talents, volumes, sounds, maturity, Zen, and just plain sucking as Andy says which made for and edgy night.  In any case well be better for it.  All of this followed last week's giant posting job done by all.  I gotto thank Kevin and Dave for listening to me, not agreeing, but nevertheless putting up with my craziness.

Andy made the move to the front of the room where I used to stand,  Larry erected the great pink barrier.  The sound was a nicely softer at times like during the Jack-A-Roe and Playing.  Trying to play to hear the elevator bell.

Deliziosa was a good pizza, Johnny ordered right on, not over.   The ices were flavorless, rice balls were non-existent, hot bread but no butter.   It was cold going into Scott's but warm leaving.

ok i think we can all agree on the one important issue that has haunted this band for this past week, practically tearing the soul out of us like no other issue ever has or most likely ever will an issue.....thats right i'm talking about jonathan long groupie or band member---if attendence was an issue both larry brent, scottie and larry gindorf would be considered members of the grateful dead and i would have at three album credits on various YES albums. the only way johns performance last night could be considered band-member material is if we all get couches and play our instruments while lounging and while at least one currently immobilized band member will be all for couches and hammocks in the future i say that behavior does not a band member make--it does, without a doubt, make for a great friend to the band and what more could you want---i wish i got to order pizza for steve howe and rick wakeman

Frank Santini? Get me some cheese fries. Actually I never liked them. Canned cheese was never my thing, I assume, Kevin, I mean Homer Forrester, used to get a pitcher of canned cheese. A Charbroiled burger on good roll with bacon & onions, there was nothing wrong with Sutters. Who knows Frank? Where did he come from?

Hey freaks, I just posting something on the Forums regarding our new mixer which I just purchased. It cost $370 after tax that you'll have to pay me back for.

If anyone has XLR to XLR mic cables bring them tomorrow because we now need them. We have primarily XLR to 1/4" at the studio. Go to the Forums and read about it. Get excited and more.

http://www.spirit-by-soundcraft.co.uk/ and look up the Folio FX8 mixer.
