Deadstein was jamming on 55th Street this night while the Knicks were at the Garden, game 4 of the NBA finals against the Spurs, This was the night of the record-breaking 29 point comeback, highlighted by OG Anunoby's infamous tipping with 1 second left to win Game 4, eventually letting the Knicks win the series in 5. We were scoreboard watching throughout the night and the Knicks were getting clobbered all night long. As we were ending our jam, we notices the Knicks staging a comeback. Eventually at around 11:20 we saw they were up by 1 with 30 seconds to go, the first lead of the game we saw from them. OMG! I asked to play a song for good luck and Lee screamed "You Win Again". We played it and by the time it was over, the Knicks were up by 1 with 1 second to go. Not wanting to wait any longer for the final out come of the game, I presumptuously assumed they would win and decided to Play the Run For the Roses to celebrate. We lucked out at Karl Anthony Towns tipped the inbound and the Knicked pulled another miracle comeback out of the their asses. They would do for Game 5 where they won it all. Very exciting Knicks run for New York. I think Deadstein was a little bit of the magical OG tip.
