Seemed like it was to be a great night with Andy on lead and Drew and Mitch in the rhythm section. I figured we would be in top shape all things considered the hard Core-4 work that has been going on in the previous weeks. The night started super hot with the Bucket Bertha but the Bertha drums hits time to different beats which we never worked on would be indicative of our short comings.
Who knows who plays what? Who knows, who cares? Some do some don't. It's the paradox of Deadstein itself. The grueling 41-minute Playing Peter Let It Grow Playing sent Andy home after it had what was perceived to be meaningless, non-Dead like fizzle to it and the same could be said of the drummers into the second set as listening was out the window when exhaustion set in.
