  • We stayed in a hotel that was a converted garden apartment. It was very nice and roomy and gave us lots of opportunities
  • After playing the soundcheck we went back to the hotel and showered and and I recall Larry M. and Debbie swimming, so I assume it was warm outside. This was a cool thing to do knowing the the whole thing was set up and ready to go.
  • Katzman was the one not ready to go as he just made it to the gig at the last moment after driving down.
  • It was before the jam in the hotel that Johnny came back with Dave from picking up food and jumped in with his famous "Crab-Boy." A gesture that will live in our minds forever. The simple drawing Kevin did of it doesn't hurt either.

  • The show went very well
  • After the show Kevin and, I think, Larry M. went out for food. Of course it was Maryland, a state with bad food, so the best that they found was a 7-11. Since we had a full kitchen in this apartment they bought lots of frozen things to be cooked. Least of which was an industrial sized container of Swanson Salisbury Steaks. The whole food orgy turned disgusting as Larry M. and Kevin had a gross out contest result in Kevin winning move. A Split double twister right out of the garbage
  • My sister Pamela and her college friend Abby stayed with us and crashed out.
