It's a nice sunny January day that led to a night of Deadstein.  The whole band should be there and no guests are expected but you never know who might show their face through the little window in Studio 2.  You know Jimmy will be there, but who else remains to be seen.  The jams seemed pretty hot.  It seemed as if the half-assed attempt to mock the Attics would never end.  Eyes, Estimated and he's Gone seemed pretty good.  The Truckin was the weak point, I should not have started it.  The other One was worthwhile.  Music --> Sugaree --> Music was nice to try.

Deadstein sure is fun. It is curious though how we can perceive things to be different or out-of-sorts in the room, even though nothing really changes from week to week. Setting-up the PA this week, seemed like a losing battle. But, during play, it sounded great - with no feedback. WTF? Ironically, I was the one with real technical problems this week, and unfortunately, it resulted in some serious loudness. I apologize for that. It was unintentional and quickly corrected by TheGind (thanks). Can't wait for next.
